Our representation is limited to representing landlords in the eviction process. Many of our existing clients include banks, credit unions and other financial institutions who need to have real property vacated in order to sell the property. We are fast and efficient especially given that fact that most state laws related to evictions are drafted to strongly favor the occupier of the property rather than the owner.
